Over years the company has evolved in to dynamic multi-disciplinary entity that provide both Costing, Engineering and Project Management to the building industries.

In addition, Ted Vest Developments has highly competent technical and support staff, all working together to provide sustainable high-quality products that not only meet but also exceed client expectations.

ABOUT THE director
Mr. ES Ranamane hold 100% share of the entity, and academically Holds National Diploma in Engineering Field of Study and Currently studying Bachelor of Commerce in Project Management from MANCOSA He also holds an Advanced Certificate in Construction Management with University of Cape Town and Advance Project Management Certificate with Damelin College.
Ephraim Ranamane has over 15 years’ experience in the construction industry. He has an extensive experience which includes traditional construction cost consulting and project management functions in the engineering sector while working for Government Department and Municipalities.
